SAP Production support Hradec Králové

Education- University degree preffered in IT

Experience- 1 year preferably / skilled graduate

Personal competencies- good communication skills, very good interpersonal skills, willingness to lears new skills from different business process area

Professional Competencies- basic knowledge of business processes, very good computer skills, IT and networking skills

Other- willingness to travel circa 2-7 weeks/ year

- English level B1 as minimum (80% of communication on English)

Purpose of the function:

Configuration, testing and support of MES production system, connected to SAP and other information systems and production line devices


Key responsibilities:


· 1st level helpdesk support for production systems

· Focus to production systems support and testing for whole division.

· Responsible for users and roles management in production systems.

· Close cooperation with IT infrastructure and IS teams in relation to system design, configuration and testing.

· Work with key business users on alignment between suppliers of production systems and business requirements.

· Support the preparation of test scenarios and training documentation as well as execution of system tests and user training.

· Other tasks given by manager.

Gaining experience in professional team

ITIL training within 12 months of joining
